Covid-19 Changes to service



Due to the coronavirus outbreak, how you contact your GP surgery will be different at the moment. This is to limit face-face contact where possible and help stop the spread of coronavirus.  Face-to-face appointments are available to all patients, but you will be asked to discuss your conditions over the phone or online first to assess what would be most appropriate for you. In addition to face-to-face consultations, we are offering consultations online or over the phone. This can be a convenient and flexible way to receive healthcare.

If your not sure if you need to be seen you can use online assessment tool Doctorlink. When you sign up some medical history will be taken. Your current symptoms will be assessed and you will be given a outcome. If the outcome is that you are advised to be seen our reception team will be notified of this. Sign up to Doctorlink here.



We are currently processing all prescriptions electronically. This means that you will need to nominate a regular pharmacy for your prescriptions to be sent to, if you haven’t done so already. This can be done when you order.
