Consultant Admiral Nurse for the LGBTQ+ Community

This service is available to people from the LGBTQ+ community who are living with dementia and those who support them. Contact Dementia UK’s Helpline to request a referral. Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Call: 0800 888 6678. Email: helpline@dementiauk.org
