The information will be assesed and a task will be sent to the clinical who last issued you a sick note for furher assesment. The clinican may decide to issue a further sick note without review, or they may book a review and inform you. Sick note renewal requests can take upto 7 working days. Sick notes can only be renewed once your previous one expires.
Please note that the surgery do not provide fit notes to state you are fit for work.
